Our school regularly sponsors, organizes and participates in extra curricular activities
to enhance the overall development of our students.  Some activities have no cost and
some have their own fees.  If there is an organization or group who is interested in
sponsoring a seminar or clinic, contact Master Wood during weekday's business
hours at (847) 705-8714.

Master Wood is a national and international champion, and has developed and coached many athletes receiving global titles.
Competition Travel Team:
Show your school pride while developing all sorts of cool martial art stunts.
Participate in Parades, Festivals and Special Events.
Try out and be the next Stunt Action Hero.
Demonstration Team:
Our School has a staff of over 35 certified and trained instructors and assistant
instructors.  With the staff this size, we give our members a low student-to-teacher
ratio which offers a positive experience and the personal attention you deserve.  

Gold Team Members:
Go through a rigorous course preparing to being effective teachers.
Each month, participate in on-going training courses and develop the latest
teaching methods.
Instructor Training and our Gold Team:
This program provides great benefits for young advanced students.

Silver Team Members:
Receive training in leadership development, team work and cooperative
learning techniques.
Present themselves as role models for newer and younger students.
