Youth & Family
In our Youth & Family Taekwondo classes, whether you are an individual, or want
to train with your family or friends, everyone can be together in the same class.  
We offer all youth, teen and adults the opportunity to learn the martial arts in an
atmosphere that promotes:

CO-OPERATIVE LEARNING
SOCIAL & FAMILY ENVIRONMENT

No where else will you find a martial arts family class that allows the whole family and friends to share this exciting learning experience.
Youth & Family Classes (1st grade & up)
Students participate in warm up drills, stretching and strength
conditioning, encouraging each other to do their best.  Students will learn
how to properly prepare for physical activities and how to prevent injury.
Upon the beginning of the curriculum students are divided into groups of
similar age/skill level to learn and practice and review techniques,
developing their skills in a co-operative environment.
We finish our classes with a variety of fun and skill reinforcing activities.
