Youth & Family (Sword) 8yrs + older
  • Begin each class for a formal opening of the class
  • Warm up exercises and preparation for activities
  • Once warmed up, experience various exercises to
    strengthen and tone
  • Instructors will guide you through series of drills to
    develop & strengthen your fundamental skills
  • Dive into groups where you will learn, practice and review
    a variety of motions &  techniques designed for Koryo
    Gumdo
  • Class will end with fun and challenging activities
In our Youth & Family Koryo Gumdo classes allow for members to be
involved together or with different age groups and the opportunity to learn
Koryo Gumdo in an atmosphere which promotes:

  • PERSONAL GOAL & SELF DEVELOPMENT
  • CO-OPERATIVE LEARNING
  • SOCIAL & FAMILY ENVIRONMENT
