Workout Class
Martial Arts
Our Martial arts workout gives you an overall training regimen that will have you sweating and smiling.
We design each class to explore different training schemes so that you cover all the bases to get the rewards for your efforts.
Strength, flexibility and more energy are what you can look forward to, while you look and feel better than ever.
- Our Classes are arranged to give you a great workout with rewards for your effort.
- Our running, and movement exercises help you get the heart rate up for effective exercising
- Our stretching system is a safe way to loosen up your muscles and develop your flexibility.
- Our punching and kicking exercises are set in aerobic routines for endurance and skills development
- Our bag training implements your hand and foot combinations in an anaerobic approach for that burst of energy
when you need it.
- Our partner drills have you interact and learn about the timing and technique application
- Additionally, our resistance band exercises will build your upper and lower body in a safe and developmental way so
you strength increases and your body becomes toned.
What you need to know:
- No experience is necessary.
- You wear your regular workout clothes (indoor training shoes are optional)
- This workout is for adults and teens both male and female.
- These are safe non-contact workout classes.
Classes are offered:
- We hold 8 week sessions
- Classes are held on Monday evenings from 7 to 8pm
