- KORYO GUMDO - (Samurang sword of Korea)
Forms of Exercise:
- General exercises designed for martial arts to develop strength and power
- Agility exercises to strengthen coordination for your martial arts development
- Stretching exercises to develop flexibility and movement
- Breathing exercises to help you focus and expand lung capacity
